I’m retired, and haven’t aimed a squirt gun at my wife around the pool in over 40 years! However for $40 you get a lot of Grandkid fun out of this one. A little pricey for a water squirt gun, but it does work well, and the self loading from a bucket or the pool is a HUGE plus. It’s loud, but that’s OK, as you’re outside anyway. Unfortunately, it only comes with ONE anemic 500mAh 7.4V battery. Once that runs out, instead of popping in a second one, as most rc toys come with two, the fun is over while you wait an hour to charge that one battery. Too bad, or it would have been a five star product. It comes with a child’s pair of plastic glasses. They are cheap, don’t fit any kid other than a toddler anyway, so they went right in the trach can.

  2. JoshuaJoshua

One feature of this water gun is its automatic water suction design. Simply immersing the tip in a water source and pushing the trigger quickly refills the toy gun in around 20 seconds. While the water gun claims a shooting range of 33 feet, in my experience, it shoots around 20-25 feet under normal conditions. Additionally, the gun sometimes struggles to shoot when tilted too far, likely due to difficulty in feeding water into the mechanism. The motor for firing the water gun can be quite noisy, which may be distracting during gameplay. It also runs low on water pretty quickly, giving probably 1 full minute of shooting before running dry. However, the overall quality and durability of the gun are commendable. It feels sturdy in the hands and is built to withstand outdoor play, ensuring long-lasting enjoyment.
  3. Christy

The battery won’t charge after one use.
  4. Clark

The Electric Water Gun is fun for the kiddos to play with out doors. It’s not as high powered and doesn’t shoot as far as it would have you believe but the design is nice and easy to use. You push the trigger forward to fill the tank or can fill the tank by lifting the chambers top. The battery pack seems well sealed and is a little hard to get in at first. It doesn’t shoot over 12 feel with any sort of accuracy but maybe with a stiff wind would get the 30 feet promised. Regardless of the short distance it is quite a lot of fun to play with and is worthwhile for younger kids. The spray isn’t too hard and doesn’t sting even close range.
  5. Len Spooner

Easy to fill and fun to shoot. Takes a little time to fill but holds enough water for many shots. It does not shoot out a stream of water, it pulses out shots of water. Pretty accurate shots to about 15 feet —- goes farther but hits below where you aim it. The instructions are poor and you have to figure out how to open the battery compartment and how to charge the battery. Not really that hard but decent instructions would make things easier. Like many products the battery compartment barely will fit the rechargeable battery — you just have to push it in and has to be a good seal to make it waterproof. All in all a fun toy and kids love it.
  6. Michio

What’s not to like about a water gun?The only con on this one is it’s capacity but the pros outweigh the one con for usIt’s shoots decently far and it’s really super easy to use
  7. Cynthia Harris

Electric Water Gun in Bright Lime Green, was the second water gun I bought on Amazon for my grandson’s 8th birthday. When opened he was able to use it right away at his birthday party. It did end up running out of battery in about 45 minutes so it probably needed to be charged longer, but the kids just couldn’t wait to play with it! It run out of water sooner than the other water gun but was very easy to refill automatically with the trigger and they had a BLAST with it!! I would recommend this water toy, it’s great fun for all ages!
  8. Michelle Star

I definitely love this gun. And my dog who is scared of everything isn’t scared of it at all, whe just wants a drink from it haha the battery life lasts forever! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the water tank is very small so you have to keep filling it about every 20 squirts. Other then that the Child in me definitely comes out with this gun lol
  9. Dave

I bought it as a gift and they loved it. On the manual it says the recharge time is 2 hours. As long as that’s no issue, then it is a great buy for its value.
  10. Brice Wheeler

I was excited to get this gun. After opening, charging, filled with water, pull trigger… no water. The nozzle was clogged, new out of the box. Found a small poker and unclogged it and it shoots but not as accurate as other battery powered water guns. The refill feature is nice and overall I like it, but dropped a star due to condition it arrived in.
  11. Ryker Kong

I got it for my 9 yr old grandson and he loved it. I think his father loved it more!
  12. Terriq

When it’s filled with water it shoots strong and well when filling it up using the auto suction feature the top pops off when it’s full which is a smidge annoying but *shrugs* battery charges like it’s supposed to, the only small gripe I have with the product is after a few shots you have to shoot at an angle to get the rest of the water out but eh
  13. djeclipse25djeclipse25

No more throttle finger, just squeeze the trigger, run and gun. I’ve ran 7 or more reservoirs through it and it still seemed like it had enough battery power to keep going. Has a cool laser sound (just the motor) when it’s squirting water. Light weight, and easy to handle. The battery was a little hard to seat, will take an adult to put the battery in it. I wish there were 2 batteries so you could charge while the other is charging. Didn’t shoot further than 15-ish feet for me.There is a reverse to the trigger which backflushed the water which caused the reservoir cap to pop open and spray me, made me laugh. Also, the water freely drains from the front, but wasn’t a huge issue unless you’re filling it in the house.Gave me joy creeping up on the wife and spraying her sitting at the kitchen table LOL Will be a fun toy to have during the summer months.
  14. Lbyard05Lbyard05

My 15 year old son loves this new modernized water gun compared to some other new ones we chose this summer. The fact that it’s semi automatic and that it really packs of punch stands it out from the rest. Takes a screwdriver to get the battery out and charge it, which is a good feature. You tip the front nozzle into the water and squeeze the trigger forward and it automatically fills it of water. While it does run out pretty quick, it fills it up very fast. Battery power last about 45 minutes to an hour but usually by then kids are playing something else anyway so you can charge it until they’re ready to go back to it. It does pack a powerful punch, so I would definitely not be in a close range of someone else especially a little one. Pretty cool water gun.

  15. Woodley420

Well designed wirh light up water reservoir. The ” up to 32 feet” is not accurate. 20 feet perhaps.

This Electric Water Gun is the Tesla of water fights! It’s like holding a mini power washer that runs on fun. With a range of 32FT, it’s perfect for those who love to ambush from a safe distance. The automatic water absorption feature is so efficient, it might just absorb your worries, too! The battery-powered auto reload ensures you’re always ready for action. It’s not just a toy, it’s a summer savior for adults and kids aged 8-12+++. Warning: may cause excessive laughter and backyard popularity. Perfect for beach, pool, and defending your honor in epic backyard battles. Remember, it’s all fun and games until someone gets…soaked!

I bought 2 of these and had issues with both. After reporting my issues to customer support, I was contacted and the problem was resolved promptly.

  19. spideogspideog

Tested several electric water guns recently including this one. This one fires a smaller stream than the others and has slightly less range, it capped out at about 15feet (the distance to the watering can in the attached video). It’s a nice compact size and even my 2 year old could hold it and fire it. It’s also one of the quietest we tested. The electric refill is by far the best feature too, you simply put the muzzle into a bucket of water and push the trigger forward to use the internal pump to fill it back up. Once it’s full water comes out the vent hole at the top so you know you’re done, quick and easy. The only real issue we had with this gun is that it stopped spraying water about halfway through the tank, so it still had plenty of water in it but for some reason the pump couldn’t pick it up (maybe ours was just damaged and the pump intake pipe shifted?). Either way it was super annoying to only have half capacity and then because it has no manual fill option there’s no way to drain the remaining water from it so it has to get packed away half full of water.

  20. Tom Nguyen

    good
  21. Rick L

My son has been getting a lot of use out of this and enjoys playing with it. Good electric squirt gun, with reasonable battery life.
  22. Dobro

The range is decent but It does not have the best water capacity, it requires constant refills during battle games. My least favorite part is that it takes a screw when battery needs recharging.

  23. Dylan

Works well, feels good in the hand. It does it’s job and the battery holds up fairly well.
  24. Synthesized1Synthesized1

Nice squirt gun. Definitely has decent power and range. I’d say use this one in the pool only. No fill cap. So filling while playing in the pool is best bet.The only other issue is the battery compartment is a tight squeeze with the wiring and all. Hopefully won’t be an issue with the wiring with repeat battery replacement over time.
  25. Jason Rahe

While I haven’t used the ones I purchased from this supplier, I have used one I purchased from a different supplier and I was actually impressed. I took mine to the river and everyone (we are all 25-60) had a blast with it. Only thing that would have made it better was having more. So I ordered more for next time we get together. The one I have easily shoots 20 ft and with a little bit of an angle it reaches out to 40+ feet. Only downside to using it in the river is that it does sink, so you have to watch out for that. But for the price, compared to the $200 model that I won’t buy, it’s great. Can’t wait to get back to the river with all 4, I’m sure it will be that much more fun.
  26. Kevin in Minnesota

This watergun is a lot fancier than most. Auto fill, lights, powered, rechargeable (although it does seem to take it unusually long to charge). This is just one of those gifts that kids never seem to get tired of getting, or tired of playing with. It’s reasonably priced compared to many other models, but with that comes some totally expected lower quality materials. The plastic seems to be pretty thin and brittle, if it isn’t well cared for, I am sure it will break rather quickly so it’s probably best used by kids that are a little older. Or kids that are a lot older, because adults love this fun as much as the kids do! I think the shooting distance is pretty good – but a bit overstated by the manufacturer. Not sure exactly how far, but not 30 feet as advertised. These are much more fun in pairs or multiples. And if there’s a better way to beat the heat, I am not sure what it would be. If you’re the auntie or uncle who likes to give the best gifts that they really like, order this one, and get ready to be the fav!
