If the goods are not shipped, a full refund can be made. Refunds are not supported after the goods are sent. The website will process the order within 48 hours after the customer requests to cancel the order. After agreeing to cancel the order, the customer will receive a refund within one day

If you receive the damaged product, please contact our customer service and state the situation.
Before you contact our customer service, please make sure that the defective product is not caused purposely by your side.Or we have the right to refuse your return and exchange request.
Once we confirm the situation, we will offer the pre-paid label and help you get the product back.You do not need to bear the return shipping fee on the defective product.We accept to help you exchange the defective item if you receive the damaged product. If you do not want to exchange, we will make the refund of your order for you. Please notice that the re-ship or refund will be processed when we get your returned package.

How to return the package?
Step 1: You must first contact us providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange with our contact form. we will process the return application within 24 hours and reply to the processing result.(If you contact us on weekend/Naitonal Holidays, our reply will be delayed.)
Step 2: After the customer receives the response of the processing result, send it back and tell us the tracking number
Step 3 (if exchange): After receives return goods, we will re-ship and update the tracking number
Where is our return address?
Please contact us customer service to get the specific return address. We have different warehouses. The return address will be offered according to the product’s category.
- Shipping fee for return
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense if the product does not have the quality problem. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package and we do not bear this return shipping fee. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Toysporter are not held responsible for any lost returns.
If you receive the damaged product, we will bear the return shipping fee and offer the pre-paid shipping label.
