Cancellation:

If the goods are not shipped, a full refund can be made. Refunds are not supported after the goods are sent. The website will process the order within 48 hours after the customer requests to cancel the order. After agreeing to cancel the order, the customer will receive a refund within 7 working days.

 

Return & Exchange:

Conditions of Return:

  1. Return period: All returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days from the day you received your order.

  2. Applicable circumstances for return and exchange: Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:

    • New, unused, and in original condition;

    • Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange;

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).

Defective Item Return and Exchange:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service and state the situation.

Before you contact our customer service, please make sure that the defective product is not purposely caused by your side. We have the right to refuse your return and exchange request.

Once we confirm the situation, we will offer the return label and help you get the product back. You do not need to bear the return shipping fee for the defective product. We accept to help you exchange the defective item if you receive the damaged product. If you do not want to exchange, we will refund your order. Please note that the re-ship or refund will be processed when we get your returned package.

 

The Return Process:

How to return the package?

  1. You must first contact us, providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange via our contact form. We will process the return application within 48 hours and reply with the processing result (If you contact us on weekends/National Holidays, our reply will be delayed).

  2. After the customer receives the response of the processing result, send it back and inform us of the tracking number.

  3. (if exchange): After receiving the returned goods, we will re-ship and update the tracking number.

Where is our return address?

Please contact our customer service to get the specific return address. We have different warehouses. The return address will be provided according to the product’s category.

Shipping fee for return

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense if the product does not have a quality problem. We do not provide a pre-paid return label for your package and do not bear this return shipping fee. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery, and/or insurance, as Toysporter is not responsible for any lost returns.

If you receive a damaged product, we will bear the return shipping fee and offer the pre-paid shipping label.

Refund process:

  1. After the website receives the returned product, it will take 3 days to process it. If there is no problem with the returned product, the refund will be received within 3 days.

    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
